Good attitude, Music Reviews, Opinion

Watch “Magic Island – Warm Heaven | Cubed | Live Session by Loudly” on YouTube

Watch Magic Island’s Warm Heaven!!!

Never have I been so impressed with an app as I have been with Music Maker Jam.

Artists have a unique opportunity to express their unique capabilities in the performing arts. Being able to mix a sound developed by someone else in order to create something new. Or just creating your own unique sound to express your vibe to the world through your love of music.

This is not a music review… Its a music appreciation write up!

I appreciate the fact that anyone and everyone can show their talents via technology today…

I appreciate the fact that you don’t have to know how to sing or carry a tune as long as believe in yourself and enjoy the music you create and those created by your musically inclined peers.

I appreciate that as every generation passes, new and creative ways are developed and implemented on how to make your own music.

There’s a lot multitude of things that I’m certainly glad they have right now.

Just like heaven on earth, we can enjoy the fruits of our labor hardly without consequence unless you don’t give credit where credit is due. In other words, if you don’t recognize the original person whose music you’re using to make your sound.

In all cases, being recognized helps build strong relationships and shows that we truly are a family… In the music industry… When we show our appreciation to one another by listening to, downloading or sharing our work and the work of others.

Oh… Don’t forget that, “Liking” and “Commenting” are crucial… Providing constructive feedback, even if its not your type of music or not what you want to hear helps a lot too. Just leave a comment.

It doesn’t have to be words either… If you’re pressed for time, an emoji or two will do. Yes… An emoji is another technological advancement that I appreciate. Why? Because they save me a whole lot of time And they can express a variety of feelings and thoughts.

Listening to music can sooth you… It can calm you calm when feeling anxious or can put you to in a relaxed state if being in order for you to fall asleep, peacefully.

I appreciate music, period… All genres and types and you should too.

It is said that “Music soothes the savage beast.” I think it meant instrumentals when this quote was written that is.

Lyrics are good, when they have meaning or when they tell a story. Other than that some lyrics are way too explicit or simply, don’t make sense…

These days, they don’t Have to make sense… If it sounds good, people will enjoy it or better yet, it can be sold… Or used in something totally cool like a television commercial or a movie for example.

I appreciate the fact that you don’t have to have your song played on a popular radio station. There are thousands if not millions of online radio stations that will be more than happy to broadcast  your music and give you a spin or two or three… Or more.

I enjoy searching for and listening to the New Artists however. Like the artists up above. She Rocks!!! So do all the artists on Music Maker Jam and Loudly…(Loudly is a partnership of Music Maker Jam.)

They have taken it a step farther by allowing artists to perform their music live and I love it!

If there was a savage beasts, it will be far away in La La Land, singing along to songs on repeat its just that amazing.

I’m not telling you to go download the app and try it for yourself, ( unless you want), I’m saying that if you love music, you will appreciate it more by exploring a variety of music.

With that said, after you watch and listen to this video, go ahead and watch the rest of those artists in the playlists. I’m sure that some of them will impress you as they have impressed me.
